I've got to admit - I'm one of those people who are scared to death of getting feedback, but I decided to "bite the bullet" and send out a survey to my client list. Sites That Need Help, Part 2

In my last post, I mentioned some of the key elements that are a sign that a website is in need of help; today, I'll go over how to determine if a simple "makeover" will do, or if a full reboot is in order. 1) Is your website based on a CMS (Content Management System)? My eldest daughter is an awesome online shopper; she checks out the group-buying sites, tracks online coupons - you name it. To say that she's a web-savvy shopper would be an understatement of epic proportions. Lately, she's gotten into the habit of sending me links to what she refers to as "sites that need help".
